I don't live in Palakollu — can I still buy from you?+

We don't currently offer shipping. You're welcome to view any saree over a live WhatsApp video call, and we're happy to have it ready for you to collect or view in person at our Palakollu showroom.

Can I see the saree before paying?+

Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp and our stylists will send a live video call showing the saree in natural light before you confirm.

What is your exchange policy?+

Any saree can be exchanged in-store within 3 days of purchase, provided it's unworn with tags intact. Custom-stitched blouses are non-returnable.

Do you stitch blouses?+

Yes, our in-house tailors stitch blouses within 4–5 days for in-store orders; for WhatsApp orders, share your measurements and we'll guide you through it.

How do I know the zari is real?+

Every zari-bordered saree comes with a silver-hallmark purity certificate, and our staff are happy to demonstrate the burn/rub test in-store on request.
